Revitalization project in Old Bonita Springs
This is a great opportunity and this is why. The city council approved the plans to develop an 11 acre parcel on Dean Street across from the elementary school, it also abuts up to the old Oak Creek Mobile Park which is owned by Dean St. 2005, LLC. It is just off Old 41. It is just one of the 5 announced revitalization projects for the downtown area. This is the first developer to invest a major financial commitment to the downtown corridor. This project will have 160 multi-family units. The other projects of revitalization include Riverside Park along the north side of 41 on the Imperial river and along the south side of 41 on the river which will be the upscale Imperial Landing project. That project will have restaurants, shops, river access and 102 condos. The city is still negotioating with the potential developer on that project. This home is in this area of revitalization. The city also owns the entire block across the street from this home and is in the rezoning process now. Contact me for more information on this and other homes in the area. As always Make it a Great Day!
