City Renovations in Bonita Springs South West Florida

I went to the zoning hearing Friday Feb. 2, 2007 for block 33 in old Bonita. The zoning change/variance passed unanimously. It is located on a whole city block fronted by Ragsdale, Shriver, Abernathy, and Felts. It is going to be an overflow grass parking lot. I will be adding a rendition of what it will looks like in the near future. What a nice addition to the City of Bonita Springs property. Across the street from this block I have a home for sale, new construction. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a great room, dining area, kitchen and one car garage. Contact me for more information.
