Gulf of Mexico Access Community

In Spring Creek Village, the community has about a third of the homes located on a waterway, whether it be a canal or the creek itself. By boat it is approximately 12 minute to the Gulf of Mexico. The other two-thirds are on dry lots but the community has it's own boat ramp/launch with dock. Properties range from the low 100's to almost 300K. There are different makes and models and soon should be able to build on the site with the variance that the City of Bonita Springs has passed. It's purpose is to allow single family homes on Mobile home lots. It is a perfect place for fisherman and beach lovers, just minutes to the bay and beaches. Just east of New Pass bridge and Lover's Key State Park, on the way to Ft. Myers Beach from Bonita Springs. The community is a 55+ to live in but not to own. Many activities including some kind of cards every night, bingo on Tuesday's, potluck every other Wednesday, dances about every 2 weeks, shuffleboard, tennis, even a ladies exercise class.
