Spring Creek Village in Southwest Florida

This manufactured home community may be looking a little different in the future. The city of Bonita Springs passed an ordinance to allow Single family homes on Mobile Home 1 lots. This may mean a big change for this great village. It has gulf of Mexico access from the community boat launch and dock as well as many homes on canals and the creek itself. Lot sizes on canals are 50x75 but some dry lots are as big as 75x104. The setbacks are 5 feet on each side and 10 feet in the front and back. It is a 55+ community, which means one person that live there must be 55 years of age or older but you don't need to be 55 to own so it makes for a great investment. Just minutes to the gulf of Mexico by boat or by driving.
