Home in the Bonita Springs Estero Southwest Florida area

Great area of revitalization and growth. Southwest Florida is one of the fastest growing area's in the country. Estero is just north of Bonita Springs and just south of Fort Myers. Both Bonita Springs and Estero are north of Naples. The new Coconut Point Town Center, one of the Simon Group's newest malls, is located on the north east corner of US41 and Coconut Rd, in Estero. The grand opening was in February of this year, 41 new stores to the area. With all the growth happening, the city and county are extending Imperial/Livingston roads, this will make a third thruway from Fort Myers to Naples. Southwest Florida International Airport is just to the north of Estero on Ben Hill Griffith Pkwy. It is approximately 20 minutes from both area's. Florida Gulf Coast University is also located on Ben Hill Griffith Parkway, just minutes from Estero and Bonita Springs.
