Here is the newest Mall in southwest Florida, Estero. It has been open for about 8 months and is doing very well. It has over 125 stores an looks like a downtown. That is why it is called a town center. Condos on the second floor run from the low $300's and up. Great location on US41 in South Estero just north of the Bonita Springs city limits. Convenient.
