Hawaii Vacation from Southwest Florida

I had a wonderful time in Hawaii. I actually got to read a book, The Man Who Invented Florida. I met my sister-in-law there. The first evening we went to dinner and walked to the beach to check it out. Great turquoise water on Waikiki Beach. The next day, we just wanted to relax from the long flight so i took my book and sunbathed for a while. Wednesday we headed to the Aloha Stadium to the swap meet, found lots of goodies. Thursday we went to the Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor. I appreciate all our fallen heros. It was very moving. That is actually the reason for my choice to go to Hawaii. I'm so glad I did. Later we went to dinner at the Top of Waikiki, a revolving restaraunt. Wonder views, then onto the international market to find music and dancing. Great fun. Friday we traveled the Island, tried to get to Honoma Bay but it was full so we drove and saw some wonderful sights. Found another beach, close to north shore, and got to read a little more. Saturday there was a parade and celebration, so I sat by the pool and got to finish my book. Sunday we headed to the Waikiki aquarium. Very interesting. Went to dinner at the Viet Diner. Very wonderful meal. Monday we headed to breakfast then Patti had to head home, I headed for the beach one last time before I headed home myself at 4:30. I got into Southwest international airport at 11:30 am on Tuesday. To tell you the truth the flight was not too bad. Just a little tired the next few days, but well worth it. A must go place. Until next time make it a great day from the Big Cheese in real estate...Debi Chesebro.
