Naples, Cape Coral firms form largest ERA broker in southern United States. Naples Realty Service, Inc. and Cape Coral based ERA Tri-Coastal Realty have formed a joint venture making their combined offices and sales associates the largest ERA brand real estate brokerage in the southern United States, according to Bob Butterfield, regional director of business development for Realogy Corp., the parent corporation of ERA Franchise Systems. The combined offices rank fifth in size in the worldwide ERA systems.

The jointly owned Southwest Florida ERA brokerage opens with nearly 400 sales associates and staff in nine offices. The company will operate as Naples Realty Services Inc. dba ONESource Real Estate Services Center. The existing offices are in Naples on US41,North, Bonita Springs on US41 North, Marco Island in the SunTrust Bank Building, in Fort Myers on College Pkwy, in Lehigh Acres on Lee Blvd, in Cape Coral on Del Prado Blvd., on Sanibel and in North Port and Venice.

All offices feature ONESource Services, the combination of real estate sales, rentals, inspections, insurance, financing and title insurance services available under one roof. ERA Tri-Coastal Realty adds a property management and commercial real estate sales business to the mix, and the ERA system brings home warranty and its exclusive Sellers Security Plan.
