Garlic Facts

We all know that garlic is basically good for us.
Healthy Food.
Chicago got it's name from the American Indian word for the wild garlic that grew around Lake Michigan "chicagaoua". California produces more than 250 million pounds of garlic each year. One farm in Monterey County (near Gilroy "The Garlic Capital of the World")plants 2000 acres of garlic and produces almost 25 million pounds annually.

Now that's Garlic. As alway Make it a great Day! Debi

Spring Creek Village, Bonita Springs Florida

Residents of Spring Creek Village are looking for cohesive style for homes. In this manufactured home community, with the city of Bonita Springs passing an ordinence which allows single family homes on mobile home, lots has open doors for the community. After research has been done the community will then decide what will work best in the community, whether it be onsite built homes or modulars. The time frame for building will probably help with the decision making process. It will be a great investment though for anyone that wants waterfront property in SW Florida. Even if the home is on a dry (not waterfront) lot the is a community boat ramp, which gets you to the Gulf of Mexico in just 15 minutes. Great access. Contact me for more infomation.

SW Florida Hidden Secret

In Bonita Springs Florida, located on the west coast of Florida, is a manufactured home community called Spring Creek Village. Deeded property included with each home. It has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico thur New Pass. It is surrounded by an upper scale community called The Colony and Pelican Landing, which is built by WCI. Bonita Springs has just passed an ordinence to be able to build on a mobile home lot. Being just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico this will bring the values of these waterfront lots up tremendously. What a great investment in real estate. Prices range from the low 100's to the upper 200's. Where else can you ever buy a gulf access lot in SW Florida for that kind of $s. Contact me for more information. Don't forget Cyber Monday tomorrow. http://shoppingbots.info.

Giving

I'm a little late in my posting because I'm concentrating on my giving. I have been trying to give back to my community. I'm concentrating on doing a fundraiser for Habitat For Humanity and it is consuming every extra minute I have. I believe that you need to give back. I believe in that. We are having a fundraiser the second of December at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Resort and Spa in Bonita Springs. It will be held between the hours of 5 and 9. Our goal is to sponsor a house, which is $50,000. We are having a live and a silent auction of a number of great items. I appreciate all the contributors in this event. After the 2nd I will be back in my game and be posting at a more normal time. Thank you for your patience.

Thankful

I just wanted to take this time to say I hope you all have a
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
We all have a lot to be thankful for so just remember that
in our daily lives. Just the little things in life. The air we breath, the sky we see, the sun rays we feel and even the
noises we hear.
I'm very thankful for all these things and much more.
Make it a great day!

Top 10 reasons Bonita/Estero Market Looks Great

1. We're in SW Florida and it doesn't snow here-unlike say, Buffalo,NY.
2. Interest rates are holding steady in the sixes. It wasn't too long ago that we were happy to get eight and a quarter!
3.Unemployment in our area is basically nil. People who have jobs have money and people who have money like to buy homes.
4. No hurricanes this year!
5. New construction. Bonia & Estero started our growth spurt later than our neighbors. Consequently, our ratio of new to old homes is excellent-and desirable.
6.Shopping-with the Pomenade, Coconut Point, Imperial Landings(proposed), Gulf Coast Town Center and the Miromar Outlets, we're a shopping paradise.
7. Barefoot Beach- it gets rated in the top ten beaches in America on a regular basis and it's easy to see why.
8. Construction on US 41. It's so much fun and the kids like it. Just kidding.
9. Tourism. We are a golfing/fishing/tennis mecca.
10. It's a buyer's market. If you've been thinking about buying, now is the time.

Coconut Point Town Center

The Coconut Point Town Center located just to the north of Coconut Road in Estero/Bonita is very busy these days. The unofficial grand opening was a week ago today and it is swarming with people. I've been to the new Panera Bread restaraunt twice now and the line to eat is out the door. They have 4 sections to the mall. The Market, The Lakefront, The Marketplace and The Village. All very interesting. In the early part of 2007 the rest of the shops will be open. I'm impressed. Thank you for the new 41 stores that have not been in Southwest Florida until now. See you soon.

Why we love children!

A kindergarten pupil told his teacher he'd found a cat, but it was dead. "How do you know that the cat was dead" she asked him. "Because I pissed in it's ear and it didn't move" answered the child innocently. "You did WHAT?" the teacher exclaimed in surprise. "You know," explained the boy, "I leaned over an went "Psst?" and it didn't move. Gotta Love Them.

Sandscupting Competition

Fort Myers Beach, Florida. Between the Outrigger Beach Resort and the Holiday Inn there are 18 master sculptors in the comptition that will be judged today. It is the 20th annual festival on the beach. The cost is free. Some of the most spectacular sculptures I've seen are made of sand. It is well worth your time to stop down and see them. Over 45,000 people were expected. Fun in the sun. What more could you ask for.

Believe It!

Believe it!
You will accomplish whatever you sincerely believe you will accomplish. And you can believe whatever you choose to believe. When you truly believe you can, then you can. For your actions in each moment are vigorously guided by the things you believe about yourself. Your beliefs influence you even when you're not thinking about them. That gives them a constant and enormous power to affect your reality. The things that you believe to be out of your reach will indeed be out of your reach as long as your beliefs stay the same. You can, however, change your beliefs to include whatever possibilities you dare to imagine. Visualize yourself reaching the goal, and your belief begins to grow. Take solid and consistent steps in the direction of that goal, and your belief becomes more firmly entrenched with each action. Allow yourself, with everything you are, to fully believe in whatever you seek to do. And it will surely be. Ralph Marston

Thought for Today

To Buy or Sell with ease Call the "BIG CHEESE" in Real Estate.

Most things in life are small thing. Occasionally there are big things. Don't let the small things in your life build up or you will have more big things to deal with than you may be able to handle.

Don't let the small things stand in your way. Life is meant to be lived with, around, and in spite of the small things. Small things come or happen to challenge you to set a pace of growth that is steady and determined. Stay on your path. Love yourself. Keep things in perspective. Be grateful for what you know and have in your life. Treasure the simple joys of everyday life. Value the small challenges.

Pay attention to the small things. Take care of them one at a time. Be positive. Believe in yourself. Every small thing tackled is a larger thing avoided. Don't let the small things stand in your way....
