Revitalization Project for Bonita Springs SW FL

This is the block that the City of Bonita Springs owns and is applying for a zoning change. It is one block of old US 41, it is a whole city block Shirver, Abernathy, Felts and Ragsdale. They want to rezone it for overflow parking for the downtown are. They want to keep it a grass area so this is what it may look like for quite a while. The house located at 27551 Shriver is directly across the street from this project with other new homes on the same block. What a great investment in the Bonita Springs area.
