Eagle in Spring Creek Village Gulf Access Community
Here in Spring Creek Village the neighbors enjoyed a beautiful sight the other evening. Walking in the street for to visit a neighbor I heard a bird noise and looked up there sat one of our most beautiful birds, a bald eagle, high in an Australian pine. It was looking for something and what a sight. We all walked out to watch, just sitting there watching it was thrilling. They are truly magnificent creatures. He was looking over the creek and all around, then eventually flew off. The creek is lined with mangroves for plenty of wildlife. Just minutes to the gulf of Mexico by boat, this community is a very peaceful and quiet. I am truly blessed to be able to live in this wonderful area of Bonita Springs. For more information on this and other communities in the area feel free to contact me. As always..........Make it a great day.

Home in the Bonita Springs Estero Southwest Florida area
Great area of revitalization and growth. Southwest Florida is one of the fastest growing area's in the country. Estero is just north of Bonita Springs and just south of Fort Myers. Both Bonita Springs and Estero are north of Naples. The new Coconut Point Town Center, one of the Simon Group's newest malls, is located on the north east corner of US41 and Coconut Rd, in Estero. The grand opening was in February of this year, 41 new stores to the area. With all the growth happening, the city and county are extending Imperial/Livingston roads, this will make a third thruway from Fort Myers to Naples. Southwest Florida International Airport is just to the north of Estero on Ben Hill Griffith Pkwy. It is approximately 20 minutes from both area's. Florida Gulf Coast University is also located on Ben Hill Griffith Parkway, just minutes from Estero and Bonita Springs. Bonita Springs in Southwest Florida
RAIN and SHINE Weather cooperates with the many nature lovers who winter here or live year-round in Lee County. It's warm and wonderful. Average annual temperature is 73.9 degrees Fahrenheit. The spring/summer average is 84 degrees; the fall/winter average is a very pleasant 71 degrees. It's a rare winter evening when the temperature drops much below 50 degrees. In fact, the average low for December is 54 degrees; for January and February it's 53 degrees. The average water temperature along Lee County's 50 miles of gulf coast shoreline and 100 miles of island coasts is 77.5 degrees Fahrenheit. Gentle gulf breezes and an occasional light rain characterize October thru May, but form June through September it usually rains more than eight inches monthly. The average annual rainfall is 54 inches, but the rain is welcome. Florida's rainy season arrives simultaneously with summer's heat and helps cool things off with afternoon thunderstorms........to be continued..............as always Make it a great day!

Bonita Springs in Southwest Florida
Bonita Springs is situated in a lovely section of southwest Florida hugging the Gulf Coast and about halfway between two urban centers: Fort Myers in Lee County and Naples in Collier County. The city of Bonita Springs has its own personality and people and is justly proud of both. Although located in the southernmost Lee County, residents enjoy the cultural offerings and natural wonders of both counties. The area seems able to combine-almost effortlessly-the best of the old and the new. Between Ponce de Leon's first visit to the area in 1513 and Thomas Edison's 1886 arrival in Fort Myers with his bride, the area developed slowly. Since then, the pace has quickened; other areas of Lee County have grown rapidly, especially Cape Coral, only a few decades old and already the county's biggest city. The neighboring islands of Sanibel and Captiva, known worldwide for their shelling and natural beauty, have attracted many to the area. Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs, both in the south section of the county, add to the charm and choices of the Fort Myers Metropolitan Statistical Area. Home Sweet Home "Gateway to the Gulf" signs will greet you as you enter Bonita Springs, which is conveniently located between Naples and Fort Myers. The housing market is experiencing vigorous growth with many new communities developing in the past years. Bonita Springs offers a multitude of housing alternatives, from a cozy beach cottage to an estate home in a gated community, and many, many options in between. A one-bedroom condominium on the beach can be found for a little over $300,000. Luxury homes can be $1 million-plus. Golf course communities offer condominiums from the low $200's and single-family homes from the $200's and up. Residences in exclusive, gated communities that feature more amenities are priced substantially higher. The population growth in Bonita Springs has created a tremendous opportunity for services and commercial enterprises, new shops and restaurants are opening daily; medical facilities and professional services are increasing to serve the needs of this thriving community..........to be continued...... as always............Make it a great day!

Southwest Florida City of Bonita Springs
Bonita Springs was an unincorporated area of Lee County until residents voted on Nov. 2, 1999 to become a city, Bonita Springs was born on December 31, 1999. Bonita residents voted in favor of incorporation during an election that saw almost 58 percent of registered voters show up at the polls. The first city council meeting was held four months later. The vote ended a debate that was sparked in 1997 after the Bonita Springs Area Chamber of Commerce commissioned a study on incorporation.
It has just been getting better and better ever since. The city is encouragaing revitalization in the area of Old Bonita. Buying property to improve the city in many ways. It is a small town atmosphere that everyone can enjoy. Stop by and see our wonderful city. As always Make it a great day........... from the Big Cheese in real estate.

Key to Success---Never Quit
Believe in yourself and your vision of the future. Surround yourself with those who believe in you and will help you achieve your goals. Keep your dream alive despite the challenges along the way. There will always be those who try to steal your dream by laughter or criticism. they cannot understand what drives you to always want more. In safety, there is no failure--neither is there success. Only by taking the risks that others fear can you achieve greatness. Change can be frightening, but only by changing can you experience growth. Only by challenging yourself to do what seems impossible can you ever know how much you can achieve. There is only one key to success: Never quit until you win. It may require a lot of changing, but you can do it. The seed of greatness lies within you. Nurture it, and there will be nothing you can't do. ---- Lisa Marie Yost
