It will be a workshop to determine what viable use it has for it residents. They have been offered 5 different parcels ranging from under 1 acre to over 112 acres, somewhere in the Estero Bay area. They will determine what kind of use for the pubic the property would have, which would suit best for the public and how much the city would pay for them. Revitalization Project for Bonita Springs SW FL

This is the block that the City of Bonita Springs owns and is applying for a zoning change. It is one block of old US 41, it is a whole city block Shirver, Abernathy, Felts and Ragsdale. They want to rezone it for overflow parking for the downtown are. They want to keep it a grass area so this is what it may look like for quite a while. New Year New Beginning

Good Afternoon! I hope everyone made it home safe and sound from any celebrating the new incoming year. Now on to a new beginning. Starting the new year out right is a good plan. The first thing I try to do is set my goals for the new year. Remember, to be successful, you need to write down your goals and look at them everyday. It keeps you on track and motivated to do the things you need to do to accomplish them. I will be doing that today. One of my goals is to work harder so I can play harder. This was in Cancun last May. Now that's playing.
