Housing for Older Persons in SW Florida

There are a few communities in Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, and Ft. Myers that are for people over the age of 55. The reason they can do this is because of HOPA. Housing for older persons act. It has to do with occupancy, 80 percent of the homes need to be occupied by one person over the age of 55. There is criteria the community needs to meet to be able to be a 55+ community. I have a few properties located in communities that you can buy but not live in unless you are 55. Some are great investments now and you move in later, under $150,000. Some with gulf access and others, close to all the conveniences of the SW Florida lifestyle. Gulf to Golf. Contact me for more information on these and other communities in the area.
