Imperial Landing Project closer to reality....Bonita Sprngs Florida

The project on the imperial river where the old Bamboo Village was a step closer to reality. The City of Bonita Springs at the city council meeting on Wed February 7th appproved the term sheet, for the purchase of the property by a developer, Antaramian Development Group, bases out of Naples. The project stradles the imperial river and would include multi-uses, upscale shopping and 120 condo's along with a walk way by the river and more. It consists of 5.2 acres, along the Imperial River.
